I have experienced issues with some app pushing wrong WebView2 (X64) to a Win11 (ARM) machine. Then any apps that uses WebView2 including modern Outlook, Teams, Palo Alto Global Protect, etc fails to start.
Workaround:
Step 1: Delete registry key (which blocks from re-installing WebView2)
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\Clients{F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5}Step 2: Download Webview2 (ARM) and run installation again
